Natalia Ugren joining the Global BQB CX Expert team

I am absolutely thrilled to be joining forces with Natalia Ugren by launching her New License in Slovenia.

Natalia and I, both members of the MSPA Europe/Africa, met a few months ago at the annual conference in Croatia. Natalia was already aware of the work that I had been doing in the UK, and a brief conversation ended up with this fantastic opportunity for Natalia to become Slovenia’s BQB Customer Experience Expert. I have developed her own programme The BQB CX Method™, a methodology specifically designed to help  businesses putting their environment, their employees and customers at the heart of everything that they do, creating a thriving Caring Service Culture.

Natalia loved the originality of the programme; balancing the caring soft skill such as NLP, environment psychology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness to the hard logic, analytic, research approach with a set of metrics within this framework to measure the impact on your business so we can work hand in hand during that whole year to move the dial and quantify the value of the programme, aligning everything to Employee and Customer centricity. And so wanted to share this model with Slovenia businesses and decided to take on the license; this is how the new partnership started.

So from October, Natalia will be able to offer this transforming methodology to Slovenian businesses, balancing the caring soft skill such as NLP, environment psychology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness to the hard logic, analytic, research approach with a set of metrics within this framework to measure the impact on your business so we can work hand in hand during that whole year to move the dial and quantify the value of the programme, aligning everything to Employee and Customer centricity.

Also, Natalia will become the only Certified BQBCXMethod™ practitioner and also BQB CX Institute trainer, which means not only will she be able to help with the business culture but also with the training required to able progress and development within the organization.
